“I grew up in a medically oriented family. My father was a physician and my mother a nutritionist who later earned her Doctorate in Public Health.  As a teenager I used to go with my parents as they gave lectures on preventive medicine – topics in healthy eating, temperance and other healthy lifestyle topics – in several different provinces in the Philippines.  I would also help by giving lectures on many occasions. This is where I learned to enjoy serving and helping others through the healing profession which led to my becoming a physician. My passion has been teaching my patients to make important changes that can lead to a healthier lifestyle.”
