Eisenhower's Five Star Gala

A Gala with a Cause

Eisenhower Medical Center Auxiliary’s annual fund-raising dinner dance has a bold new look. On Saturday, December 8 at 6 p.m. at the Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, the Auxiliary will present the Eisenhower Five Star Gala with an emphasis on music, entertainment and a very worthy cause.

The evening will be dedicated as Gala with a Cause with proceeds directed toward the acquisition of the latest state-of-theart da Vinci® Robotic Surgical System. Eisenhower Medical Center is viewed as the area’s leader in minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgeries.

The hosted reception will be followed by dinner, and dancing with the Wayne Foster Entertainment singers, dancers and musicians — providing a continuous interactive atmosphere of musical entertainment. Valet parking will be complimentary and dress is black-tie optional.

The event has the generous support of Eisenhower Medical Center benefactor Jim Houston and members of the Gala Host Committee, including Richard and Aliede Bennett; Helene Galen; Harry and Joy Goldstein; Charles B. Gouert, Jr.; Jack and Patti Grundhofer; Larry and Barbara Hatfield; John and Anne Marion; JoAnn McGrath; Ken and Deborah Novack; Dr. Marie Pinizzotto and Carol Ammon; Mrs. Charles H. Price, II; Harry and Diane Rinker; Bob and Karen Rishwain; Mike and Mary Sue Shannon; and Al and Sally Shoemaker.

The ticket price for the 2012 Gala with a Cause is $300. For more information, please call Teresa Hurtig at 760-773-1810.
