Shelly received her Bachelors of Science degree from Loma Linda University and has been with Eisenhower Medical Center since 2010.

Pedro Campos, OTR/L - Staff Occupational Therapist

Pedro is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico in 1993 with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. Pedro has worked at Eisenhower since 2012.

Robert Candari, MOT, OTR/L - Staff Occupational Therapist

Robert (Bob) graduated from Loma Linda University in 2003 with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. He has been with Eisenhower Medical Center since 2005. Bob specializes in hand therapy, orthopedics and driving.

Deanna Fone, OTR/L - Staff Occupational Therapist

Deanna received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, CA in 1998. Deanna has worked in Silicon Valley as a certified office workstation ergonomic evaluator and has also worked in skilled nursing and outpatient settings. Deanna joined Eisenhower in 2012, relocating from the San Francisco bay area.

Carolyn (C.J.) Hoyt, OTR/L, MLD/CDT - Staff Occupational Therapist

C.J. received her Bachelors of Science degree from Loma Linda University in 1992. C.J. has a specialty certification in manual lymph drainage/complete decongestive therapy for the management of lymphedema. C.J. also specializes in the area of hand rehabilitation as well as general orthopedics.

Linda King, OTR - Staff Occupational Therapist

Linda is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has been with Eisenhower Medical Center since 1992.

Danielle Meglio, COTA, MLD/CDT - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Danielle received her Associates of Science degree from Loma Linda University in 1993 and has been with Eisenhower since 1996. She is a Manual Lymph Therapist who specializes in education, wellness, and exercise classes. She holds certifications in arthritis classes, Tai-chi, Ai-chi, Pi-Yo-Chi, Lebed, Geriatric, Rehab, and personal training. Danielle Teaches at Loma Linda University in the Occupational Therapy department and is an active member of AOTA and OTAC. She is also a member of Cambridge Who's Who.

Luigi Meglio, COTA/L - Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant

Luigi graduated from Loma Linda University with an Associates Degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Luigi has worked at Eisenhower Medical Center since 2010.

Diana Melendez, OTR/L - Staff Occupational Therapist

Diana graduated from Wayne State University in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology as well as a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. Diana enjoys working with various populations including burn patient, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, pediatrics, geriatrics and neurologically impaired patients. Diana has worked at Eisenhower since 2007.

Mary Milosevich, OTR/L - Staff Occupational Therapist

Mary graduated from Loma Linda University in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. Mary has been with Eisenhower Medical Center since 2010.

Galen Moore, OTR/L - Staff Occupational Therapist

Galen received his OT degree from Indiana University in 2001. Galen has been with Eisenhower Medical Center since May 2011. Galen has worked in a variety of settings as an OT for the past 10 years here in the Valley. Galen has a general background in orthopedics/work conditioning with interests in neurological based occupational therapy. Galen currently works in our Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.

Judith "Angel" Mundt Baker, OTR/L - Staff Occupational Therapist

Angel graduated from Colorado State University in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. Angel specializes in inpatient care. Angel has been with Eisenhower Medical Center since 2011.

Wendy Ottosi, MOT, OTR/L - Staff Occupational Therapist

Wendy graduated from Loma Linda University with a Bachelor in Health Science and a Masters in Occupational Therapy. Wendy has worked in various settings including inpatient, acute and outpatient rehabilitation. Wendy enjoys working with both adults and children with special needs.

Heather Parton, COTA/L - Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant

Heather is a graduate of Santa Ana College. Heather enjoys being active in wellness activities. Heather began working at Eisenhower Medical Center in 2013 and works primarily in our Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Unit.

Frank graduated from Loma Linda University in 1979 with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. Frank has worked at Eisenhower Medical Center since 2007. Frank specializes in inpatient care.

Melinda Wang, MOT, OTR/L - Staff Occupational Therapist

Melinda graduated from Samuel Merritt College in 1998 with a Masters in Occupational Therapy. Melinda has worked at Eisenhower Medical Center since 2011. Melinda currently specializes in Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation.

Christine M. Wietlisbach, OTD, MPA, CHT - Staff Occupational Therapist

Christine received her Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis in 1989, and a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree with emphasis on upper extremity rehabilitation from Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah in 2011. She has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 1995. Christine has been on faculty at Loma Linda University since 1999 where she teaches the upper extremity rehabilitation course in the Masters of Occupational Therapy program. Christine is past-president of the Occupational Therapy Association of California and past vice-president of the California Board of Occupational Therapy. She is a nationally known speaker in the area of hand therapy, and has authored chapters in several occupational therapy textbooks on hand therapy related topics.
