Steady on Your Feet: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Focus is on balance and agility; standing leg strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels. Open to both men and women.
Pricing = $15 each, $78 for 6 classes, $144 for 12 classes.
