A combination class that begins with flowing sequences, strength work for the core stabilizers of the body (including abdominals, back and shoulders), then moves into deep relaxation through fully supported restorative postures. Ideal for the athlete, yet perfect for anyone wishing to create better balance in their body, mind and spirit. Open to both men and women; no yoga experience necessary.
