  • The Anticoagulation Therapy and You will be held at the Renker Wellness Center from 10/04/2012 to 06/06/2013 from 11:00AM to 12:00PM

  • Are you new to anticoagulation (or blood thinner) therapy? Have you been on long-term anticoagulation therapy? If so, please join us for a FREE education hour covering risks and  benefits of anticoagulation therapy.

    Classes held Thursdays:  October 4, December 6, February 7, April 4, and June 6.

    Speakers for this event include; Eisenhower Pharmacist, Dietitian and Nurse Co-Coordinator.
